Title: Banana-Raisin Bran Muffins

1cFlour
3/4cWhole wheat flour
1/3cSugar
2tsBaking powder
1/2tsBaking soda
1/2tsSalt
2 Eggs
1/2cButtermilk
1/2cVegetable oil
2mdBanana -- mashed
2cRaisin bran

Preheat oven to 350. In a medium bowl, combine flours, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In a small bowl, whisk eggs, buttermilk, oil and banana s. Add buttermilk mixture and raisin bran flakes to dry ingredients; stir unt il ingredients are moistened. Fill paper-lined muffin tins two-thirds full. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
